PAYMENT
We accept Paypal payments and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovery.
8.25% sales tax is added to merchandise orders delivered to a California address.
$10 minimum on credit card orders (orders must be placed by credit card holder only) Credit card orders over $500 will require additional verification and we will call you to provide the necessary information.

*Please note that we must receive payment before we can process any order. We cannot bill. For online orders, your credit card will be charged before the order is shipped.*
 
ORDERS, SHIPPING, SUBSTITUTIONS:
WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES: If you provide us with a P.O. Box address, we will call you to get an alternative address before shipping your order. If you cannot provide us with an alternative address we will cancel and refund your order.
INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS: In the event that an incorrect address is provided to us the package will come back to us from the shipper and we will cancel the order and provide a refund less the cost of returning the package to us charged by the shipper. Also, If the shipper has a legitimate address and makes multiple attempts to deliver the package, but is unable to deliver, it will come back to us from the shipper and we will cancel the order and provide a refund less the cost of returning the package to us charged by the shipper.
SHIPPING TIME: Depending on the type of shipping selected and destination, please allow up to two weeks for delivery once your order is processed.
SUBSTITUTIONS: From time to time we may be sold out of your specified color way, we reserve the right to substitute the item with the next closest colorway in your chosen style.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery. All Exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund any item still in resellable condition. Return the item with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Please call for details. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Credit card refunds will take approximately 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return.

We do not sell or rent any personal information. Customers who purchase items from our retail store are given the option of having their e-mail addresses added to our database.
